~What are preorders?

Preorders are meant to help fund the production of a product. By purchasing a preorder you are helping to ensure that the product will be made. In the case that a preorder does not get enough funds/support then the preorder will be canceled and you will be refunded. 

Please be aware that preorders can take anywhere from 1-3 months depending on the number of preorders and many other factors (including the type of item it is or where it is being manufactured). If you are not comfortable with this then I would recommend that you wait for in stocks. Preorders are encouraged however since I cannot guarantee how quickly items will sell or if I will restock when something is sold out. By preordering something you acknowledge this policy. 

 

~Do you only ship inside the USA? Do you ship internationally? Do you ship to the UK/EU? 

Yes, I can ship internationally but please understand that I am not responsible for any customs fees.
I can ship to the UK/EU but please be aware that I am not responsible for any VAT/import taxes or fees. Unfortunately, I also have no idea how big of a fee the UK/EU charges on packages, etc. 

~Where do you ship from? 

All orders are packaged and shipped by me from Oklahoma, USA.

 

~How much is shipping? 

Please add your items to the cart and it should calculate the shipping. Shipping prices can vary depending on the volume and shipping location. 

 

~Why is international shipping so expensive? 

I'm so sorry but unfortunately, I don't have any control over the shipping prices. I would recommend ordering with a friend so that you can split shipping costs. I would also recommend checking our Instagram @aurorawhalienco to see if there are any group orders available that you could join in your country.

~Lost mail policy

By making a purchase from Aurora Whalien Co. you acknowledge the risk of mail getting lost. Aurora Whalien Co. is NOT responsible for any lost mail. I am not able to provide a refund if your order is lost. Once your order has been marked as "shipped" it is no longer my responsibility. 

 

~Need to make a correction to your order? 

Please try to contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours if you need to make any corrections to your order content, shipping address, name, or if you need to cancel your order. Aurora Whalien Co. is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to wrong address input. 

 

~Returned Mail Policy 

If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address input, repayment of the shipping fee will be required for us to resend it to you. If not, then we will provide you with a refund. (shipping fees can not be refunded) 

 

~Any problems with your order? (missing item or incorrect product) 

Please contact us at [email protected] within 5 days of receiving your order. Please email us pictures of the specified problem. If possible please email us a video of the package to make a missing item claim. After the 5 day period passes we will no longer issue a refund or resend products. Please be understanding of this policy.
